I’m an expert Real Estate Broker who specializes in Churches, Schools and Non-Profits in the Dallas/Fort Worth real estate area. Since 2001, I’ve been helping my clients buy, sell and rent properties and manage every aspect of the real estate process.

I help groups evaluate their options in their decision-making process, and often bring an option to the table that they’ve never even thought of and expertise that they don’t have.

Personally, I’ve brokered 105 “special purpose” properties in the past 25 years. I previously was a full-time appraiser, currently, I complete BPO – Broker Price Opinions, which can be a great tool when pricing a property. I may even assist an owner by bringing a tenant to a property if desired.

 

I had received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute, which is one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. I was also a State License General Appraiser for numerous years. I had received the coveted MAI designation, which I obtained through the Appraisal Institute. This designation signifies that an appraiser has met rigorous educational, experience, and ethical standards, demonstrating expertise in commercial property valuation and analysis. I am now a retired, non-practicing MAI.

 

I am a licensed broker and a member of the Texas Association of Realtors. Since I’m a realtor, I have standards that others don’t uphold, and an abundance of market data available at my fingertips.
